Mr. Nitish Mathur is a Btech graduate from Manipal University, Jaipur. He is a big time foodie and always wanted to enter into the food industry. In 2020, during the pandemic he started Govindi the cloud kitchen with three specialised dishes namely, Rajma Chawal, Dal Makhani Chawal and Chole Chawal.
